Established in 1990, the organization has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional placement and security services for over two decades. Following its registration under the Companies Act, the Company has taken over the ongoing business of the partnership firm M/s. Jagannath Security Service Co. (registered under Indian Partnership Act, 1932 on 24.01.1990), since the date of its incorporation (26.06.2015) and is operating from the same location of the erstwhile partnership firm at Chakeisihani, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar - 751010, Khurda, Odisha.

The partners of the taken over erstwhile partnership Agency are also functioning as the Directors in the Board of Directors of the Company. The status of the taken over erstwhile partnership Agency, M/s Jagannath Security Service Co., is thus changed to a Private Limited Company with the nomenclature “M/s. Jagannath Placement & Security Services Private Limited” only, while its business functions and credentials remain the same.
